Hemlock Inn, Bryson City, in the Great Smoky Mountains

The Hemlock Inn (elevation 2300 feet) is located on 50 wooded acres next to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Western North Carolina.

From Knoxville
Hwy 441 to Cherokee, NC. Turn right onto Hwy 19 (towards Bryson City). Go approx. 7 miles. Watch for HEMLOCK INN sign on right. Turn right. Go 1 mile to Hemlock Inn (on left). Driving time: approx. 2.5 hours.

From Asheville
I-40 to exit 27 onto Hwy 74/19/23, taking left fork just past Lake Junaluska. Follow 74W past Sylva and Whittier. Take Hyatt Creek Road exit (#69). Turn right onto Hyatt Creek and go 1.5 miles to Hwy. 19. Turn left on 19 and go 1.5 miles to Hemlock Inn sign on right. Turn right at sign and go 1 mile to Hemlock Inn driveway on left. Driving time: approx. 1.25 hours.

From Chattanooga
At Cleveland exit on I-75, take Hwy 64 to Murphy, NC, then Hwy 19/74 to Bryson City, Take 2nd exit (#67), turn left at bottom of hill, and turn right at 1st traffic light on Hwy 19. Stay on Hwy 19 to HEMLOCK INN sign on left. Turn left. Go 1 mile to Hemlock Inn (on left). Driving time: approx. 3 hours.

From Atlanta
Take I-85N to I-985, to 23/441 passing Gainesville and Clayton, GA., and Franklin, NC. Just past traffic light in Dillsboro, take left lane onto Hwy. 74W (towards Bryson City). Approaching Bryson City take Hyatt Creek Road exit (#69). Turn right onto Hyatt Creek Road and go 1.5 miles to Hwy. 19. Turn left onto Hwy. 19 and go approx. 1.5 miles to Hemlock Inn sign on right. Turn right and go 1 mile to Hemlock Inn driveway on left. Driving time: approx. 3.5 hours.
